- Imeistar provides digital IMEI services, carrier unlocking, blacklist checks, FRP removal info, and related GSM services.
- All services are delivered as-is and are non-refundable once processed.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they submit correct information (e.g. IMEI number, carrier, device model).

3. Payments
- All prices are listed in USD or crypto equivalent.
- Payment must be made in full before service delivery.
- Imeistar accepts multiple payment methods including Binance Pay, USDT, and other crypto gateways.
- Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes will result in immediate account termination.

4. Account Registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
- Accounts suspected of abuse, reselling without permission, or violating platform rules may be suspended or terminated.

5. Service Delivery
- Most services are automated or processed within the advertised timeframe. Delays may occur due to external supplier or carrier issues.
- In rare cases where a service is unavailable or delayed beyond reasonable time, a refund or credit may be offered at our discretion.

6. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable if a service was not delivered due to an error from our side or our suppliers, and not due to user mistake.
- No refund will be given for wrong IMEI, wrong network, blacklisted devices where service clearly states clean only, or already unlocked devices.

7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use imeistar.com to:
- Unlock stolen or lost devices.
- Submit fraudulent or fake information.
- Violate any applicable local or international laws.

8. Limitation of Liability
Imeistar shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Errors due to incorrect data submitted by the user.
- Actions taken by the carrier or manufacturer after service completion (e.g., re-locking of devices).

9. Intellectual Property
All content on imeistar.com, including logos, graphics, texts, and scripts, is the property of Imeistar and protected by copyright laws. Reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Changes to Terms
